Return and Refund Policy

At Glitzyshop, we want you to love your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are here to help.

Returns:

• Purchases may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.  Please use our contact us page to start a return.
• To be eligible for a return, purchases must be unused, unworn and in the original condition with packaging and tags.
• For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for earrings.

Refunds:

• Once we have received and inspected your return we will notify you by email.
• If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days.
